She earned a Bachelors’ of Science in Zoology/Environmental Biology from the University of Calabar and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources/Personnel Management from the University of Lagos in Nigeria.
Currently leading United Kingdom-Liberia Chamber of Commerce as Director of Communication&External Affairs, Wofai equally serves as Head of Oil and Gas to the U.K based; Foreign Investment Network, Facilitating FDI/Intra-African Trade across Oil, Gas/Energy economies on the Continent.

Skilled at working with teams globally, brokering agreements/initiating dialogues which have served as policy directions for the Continent, Wofai chaired multi-lateral meetings for the; Ministry of Trade & Investment in Belarus, African Export-Import Bank, African Development Bank, International Produced Water Society-United States, Global Trade Review U.K, Oil & Gas Council U.K, Ministry of Petroleum Kenya, Central Bank of Nigeria, Spintelligent South Africa, Energy Council U.K, Africa Investments U.K, TAB Business Group India, Oil Trading Africa Downstream, Dauno Group Italy, African Petroleum Producers’ Organization-Congo and Ministry of Energy Ghana.
Past Head of Public Affairs to Sarepta Petroleum, She runs a monthly Ministerial Meeting for Policymakers to review ‘The Roles of African Oil Producers in Global Oil Production’, with communiques sent to OPEC and African Petroleum Ministries.
Wofai assembled 150 Senior Oil stakeholders,22 Oil Operating Companies including, Saudi Aramco & Bank of America to review “Global Investments for Oil/Gas amidst Covid-19”.
